one83zero is a personal health, fitness, and supplement/peptide-dosing tracker, operated by Radix Hedge Advisory Group ("we," "us," or "our"). Anyone can create an account. This policy explains what information one83zero collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. By using one83zero, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
one83zero does not collect device advertising identifiers, precise GPS location, or browsing history.
Solely to provide the app's functionality to you: showing your trends and evaluations, calculating and scheduling doses, tracking inventory, storing your photos, and powering the Nicole.ai assistant. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize your data.
What's sent to OpenAI: when you message Nicole.ai, your message is sent to OpenAI's API along with whatever account data is needed to answer it — for example your protocol/dosing schedule, weigh-ins, weekly evaluations, inventory, or dose log, if your question calls for it.
What's never sent to OpenAI: your password, progress photos, or Google Fit credentials.
OpenAI processes this data only to generate a response to your query. Per OpenAI's API data usage policies, data submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI's models. You can avoid this data sharing entirely by simply not using the Nicole.ai feature — every other part of one83zero works without it.
We use infrastructure providers (hosting) and an email provider (for account/password-setup emails) strictly to operate one83zero on our behalf. These providers don't use your data for their own purposes. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs of any kind.
one83zero does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your login session is stored locally on your device, not in a cookie. No analytics or advertising technology is embedded in the app.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below — we handle deletion requests directly, typically within 30 days.
No security system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't cut corners on the basics above.
We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we have no plans to. If you're in California, the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar data-protection laws, you can ask us to: tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or export it in a portable format. Contact us at the email below to exercise any of these rights — we're a small team and handle these requests personally and respond promptly.
one83zero is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
